DB2 SERVER TERMINATES ABNORMALLY IN SQLNQ_UDF_SPECIFIC WITH STMT_CONC=LITERALS

In some rare instances, with the statement concentrator enabled
(database cfg stmt_conc=LITERALS), the Db2 server may terminate
abnormally while compiling a SQL query.
