SPECTRUM PROTECT SNAPSHOT OPTION SVC_MOUNT_IOGROUP IS IGNORED WHEN CREATING _DUP VOLUMES

| Problem description: |
During mounts, duplicate volumes are created with the name
specified in SVC_IOGROUP instead of SVC_MOUNT_IOGROUP
Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
SVC console will show _dup volumes created with a Caching I/O
Group that does not match the name if SVC_MOUNT_IOGROUP
Tivoli Storage Manager and IBM Spectrum Protect versions

IBM Spectrum Protect Snashot < 8.1.0
