LOAD IN DPF DATABASE CREATES TEMP FILES THAT ARE NOT CLEANED-UP AFTER THE LOAD IS COMPLETED

| Problem description: |
In a DFP DB if a LOAD is issued (use as coordinator) from a
database partition that does not have the table definition (hold
no partition for that table). The loads creates temps files on
that DB partitions but when the load is completed these files
are not cleaned up (removed)

For this to happen a load must be run from a node that is not
loading data. For instance loading data into member 2 from
member 0. |
