DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B50 - DB2

The SET WRITE RESUME command might hang.  This is caused
by some other operation (typically LOAD) trying to perform
update
to the GLFH file from function sqlpUpdateGlobalTimeInGLFH(),
which is blocked due to database is in write suspended state.
