DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2

In a DPF environment, if any tablespace does not exist on the
partition the procedure is called from, we will fail with
SQL0443N.  For example, we call the procedure from node 2, but
tablespace TEST only exists on nodes 3 and 4, we will return the
SQL0443N error.  This is due to an incomplete return for a query
of GetContainerInfo that fails to reset a return code when we
encounter the missing tablespace on the requesting partition and
that the information is not currently being collected per
partition.
