DB2 - Problem description

SQL0901N PARTITIONED BLU SORT WITH 0 PARTCOLS IS UNEXPECTED

Problem description:
An OLAP query may fail with with the following error message:

SQL0901N  The SQL statement or command failed because of a
database system error. (Reason "PARTITIONED BLU SORT with 0
PartCols is unexpected.".)  SQLSTATE=58004

An FODC_AppErr folder will get created, and the trap.txt file
inside that folder will contain a stack like this:

This error is more likely if the following two conditions are
met in the query:

1. An "OLAP function" (eg DENSE_RANK() or RANK() or
ROW_NUMBER()) is used.
2. The "PARTITION BY XXXXX" in the "OLAP function" is referenced
as well.
