TWO OR MORE CONCURRENT "LOCK TABLE" STATEMENTS FOR CDE TABLE MAYRESULT IN DEADLOCK IN DPF ENVIRONMENT.

| Problem description: |
If you run two or more concurrent "lock table in exclusive mode"
statements for CDE table in DPF environment, it may result in
deadlock. This issue is specific to DPF environment.
Here is an example of lock event monitor output on 11.5.2 or
later:
