DB2BP TIMEOUT FOR LARGE UID

| Problem description: |
When UID is larger than operating system's maximum value for
integer, all CLP will fail and timeout with the error below:
DB21015E The Command Line Processor backend process request
queue or input
queue was not created within the timeout period.
Update DBM cfg SYSADM_GROUP errcode = 8
Sample output from AIX, UID is larger than AIX's maximum value
2147483647 which can be held by integer data type.
$ id db2inst1
uid=4039207222(db2inst1) gid=2139207222(db2adm)
groups=209(db2test)
UID number is larger than AIX's maximum value for integer
(2147483647)

| Local Fix: |
Revert to v10.5 FP10 if DB2 instance was upgraded to FP11
OR
Use operating system commands to change UID to number that is
smaller. This would also require ownership change for database
files (/NODE0000/...), DB2 instance home
($HOME/), etc... since existing files created
with older UID would now have no owner |
