DB2PREREQCHECK CHECKS FOR JAVA, BUT WE BUNDLE JAVA WITH DB2

| Problem description: |
Customer uninstalled Java because they don't need it for TSA
(-NOTSAMP option) but db2prereqcheck still checks for it and to
complete installation we need to use option -f sysreq.
we also bundle Java with Db2 so we don't need to check for this
package in any case
