db2trc fmt -cli crashes on windows while trying to generate CLI
trace using db2trc and application uses SQLFreeHandle API to
free the statement handle. |

db2 v11.5.6.0 contains fix of this issue. After fix, there is no
abend of db2trc while running : db2trc fmt -cli command. |
