LPAD, RPAD or REPLACE may result in SQLCODE

Problem description:
Columnar query execution involving the LPAD, RPAD or REPLACE
builtin
functions
may fail with SQLCODE -901 and one of the following reason
codes:

- unexpected error at GetJoinPayloadEvaluator.cpp:136
- unexpected error at MinMaxPartialEvaluator.cpp:98

This can happen when the source-string (i.e. first argument)
references a column-organized table column and either:

- at least one argument is a variable
- at least one argument is a constant and the statement
concentrator is enabled
