SELECTING FROM AN EXTERNAL TABLE THAT USES LFINSTRING ON CAN FAIL WITH SQL5199N

| Problem description: |
Selecting data from an external table which is created using the
LFINSTRING ON option can fail with an SQL5199N error.
The issue is more likely to occur if the input load file has
null terminator bytes ' '.
The full error that you might expect:
SQL5199N The statement failed because a connection to a
Hadoop/External Table
I/O component could not be established or maintained.
