EVENT MONITOR ACT_EXEC_TIME WRAP AROUND AS AN INTEGER NOT AS BIGINT

| Problem description: |
Customer found out that act_exec_time wrap around after reaching
4294967294. As most of the counter are explicitly documented as
BIGINT but not this one, this should be a BIGINT.
Similar to user_cpu_time that is actually documented as BigInt. |
