UPDATING NETNAMES HIT ISSUE SAYING RSCT PEER IN REGISTRY DOES NOT MATCH ACTIVE DOMAIN NAME

| Problem description: |
When trying to issue db2iupdt -update/-drop (increasing/reducing
netnames) for a host in a pureScale zlinux cluster. The db2iupdt
command may fails with a major error saying RSCT Peer domain
detected.
DBI20023E The installation operation failed because a
user-managed RSCT peer domain is active on the following host
machine: "host-name". |
