Problem description:
After migrating to DB2 v11.5, DB2 might receive errors like
this:

The problem is likely to occur when a CREATE SERVER name is the
same as a SCHEMA name in the database.   This can also create
many FODC_AppErr folders, filling up the DIAGPATH on the
database server.


In some cases this can cause DB2 to crash as well.   The
db2diag.log may show the db2wdog process crashing with a signal
11 like this:
