ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE FAILS WITH SQL0010N - WHEN RUNSTATS STATS_PROFILE IS GREATER THAN 1024 CHARACTERS.

When trying to run admin_move_table, user may experience
SQL0010N if length of STATS PROFILE is greater than 1024
characters.
