COLUMN ORGANIZED TABLES THAT HAVE BEEN MARKED UNAVAILABLE CANNOTBE RENAMED. DOING SO MAY CRASH DB2.

| Problem description: |
If a column organized table is marked as unavailable and renamed
the operation will cause a 0 to be used for the tablespace and
table causing db2 to crash. You can verify if this issue has
occurred by checking the db2diag.log for entries identifying
objects as follows.
