JCC 4.27.25 CAUSES ABENDS IN DB2 WHILE ACCESSING BLOB DATA MORE THAN 1MB SIZE

| Problem description: |
When switched from JCC version 4.23.42/3.72.30 to 4.27.25 ,
Application may result into sporadically abends in Db2 with
JCC exception thrown as follows while accessing Blob Data of
more than 1MB size.
A DRDA stream syntax error was detected. Reason: 0x3. ERRORCODE
= -4499, SQLSTATE = 58009 This error may be hit if your
application retrieves blob data of size more than 1MB followed
by another query in application. As a result of which,
JCC driver incorrectly parses the response of blob DRDA packet
for this following query that leads to error.
Local fix: Avoid the problem by setting progressiveStreaming
value to 2
