When agents were trapped, they may be suspended. These suspended agents would prevent the completion of graceful takeover. User applications are not forced off during graceful takeover. One way to identify the suspended agents is checking the stack files during takeover. $ grep db2agent *stack.txt | grep HADRDB | uniq 26217.2371.000.stack.txt:EDU name : db2agent (HADRDB) 0 [-] ... 26217.7975.000.stack.txt:EDU name : db2agent (HADRDB) 0 (suspended) 0 [-] 26217.7991.000.stack.txt:EDU name : db2agent (HADRDB) 0 (suspended) 0 [-] We can also identify the suspended agents from the output of "db2pd -edus" | |
