DB2 - Problem description

BCD DECIMAL USING 0XF FOR SIGN NIBBLE MIGHT GET CONVERTED TO NEGATIVE

DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B50 - DB2
Problem description:
Data received over CLI that use 0xF as sign nibble in BCD format
get interpreted as negative value, while 0xF indicates a
positive BCD value.

DB2 VSE is using this old data format.
