A CLI LOAD into a column organized table might cause the Db2 instance to crash. This is a timing issue that should be rare to hit. The problem occurs at the time when LOAD finished ANALYZE phase and starts LOAD phase. The Db2 LOAD thread (EDU) that causes the problem is db2ltfmN (N is a number > 0), and has a stack trace with these functions: 0x00007FFFEFFDD351 sqloEDUCodeTrapHandler + 0x03d1 (/ccsiinst/ccsi/sqllib/lib64/libdb2e.so.1) 0x00007FFFF7BCE630 address: 0x00007FFFF7BCE630 ; dladdress: 0x00007FFFF7BBF000 ; offset in lib: 0x000000000000F630 ; (/lib64/libpthread.so.0) 0x00007FFFF1440A43 _ZN16sqluCCrossParser11zInitializeEP13SQLO_MEM_POOLP8sqeAgentP16 sqluCCatalogInfoP13sqluCCodePageP14sqluCCrossInfoP17sqluCVendorS erverP21sqluCFileTypeModifierPP10SQLD_VALUEjPc + 0x04b3 (/ccsiinst/ccsi/sqllib/lib64/libdb2e.so.1) 0x00007FFFF14402E5 _ZN25sqluCCrossParserFormatter11zInitializeEP13SQLO_MEM_POOLP8sq eAgentP16sqluCCatalogInfoP13sqluCCodePageP14sqluCCrossInfoP17sql uCVendorServerP21sqluCFileTypeModifierPP10SQLD_VALUEP8sqlulxwa + 0x0085 (/ccsiinst/ccsi/sqllib/lib64/libdb2e.so.1) 0x00007FFFF1435F6B _Z8sqlulxasP8SQLD_TCBPP10SQLD_VALUEP8sqlulxwaP13SQLO_MEM_POOL + 0x00fb (/ccsiinst/ccsi/sqllib/lib64/libdb2e.so.1) 0x00007FFFF143675C _Z8sqlulxrbP8SQLD_TCBPP10SQLD_VALUEP7sqldcolPPhP13SQLO_MEM_POOLP 13SQLUCACB_TYPEP17SQLU_FORMATTER_CBiP5sqlca + 0x073c (/ccsiinst/ccsi/sqllib/lib64/libdb2e.so.1) 0x00007FFFF13EE0AF _Z25sqluProcessFirstDataBlockP13SQLULACB_TYPEP13SQLUCACB_TYPEP17 SQLU_FORMATTER_CBhjPP10SQLD_VALUEPPh + 0x00df (/ccsiinst/ccsi/sqllib/lib64/libdb2e.so.1) 0x00007FFFF15428D0 _Z22sqluRunCDEAnalyzePhaseP13SQLUCACB_TYPEP17SQLU_FORMATTER_CBjP PhiP10sqlz_valueS4_PP10SQLD_VALUES9_iN11SqluMessage4TypeE + 0x0420 | |
