A CLI LOAD INTO A COLUMN ORGANIZED TABLE MIGHT CRASH WITH A SPECIFIC STACK

| Problem description: |
A CLI LOAD into a column organized table might cause the Db2
instance to crash. This is a timing issue that should be rare to
hit. The problem occurs at the time when LOAD finished ANALYZE
phase and starts LOAD phase. The Db2 LOAD thread (EDU) that
causes the problem is db2ltfmN (N is a number > 0), and has a
stack trace with these functions:
