PKCS11 DRIVER MAY RETURN UNEXPECTED ERROR CODES WHEN HSM SESSIONIS CLOSED

| Problem description: |
In some instances, the session between the HSM and the HSM
client
can be closed, and the PKCS11 driver can get in to a state where
it
needs to be reloaded for the driver to continue functioning
correctly.
Otherwise, the driver may return unexpected error codes. |
