| Problem description: |
DB2_REDUCED_OPTIMIZATION options MDC_COST_OVERFLOW and
COL_IXSCAN are not parsed correctly. This can change a number of
optimizations and result in bad plan changes.
As an example, when you have CDE Table has no primary key or
index but adding COL_IXSCAN can change access plan. this would
suggest you may hit the issue. |
