LOAD RESETDICTIONARYONLY IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH BLOCKNONLOGGED

Problem description:
If blocknonlogged is turned on, LOAD RESETDICTIONARYONLY might
fail with
SQL2032N  The "COPY FLAG" parameter is not valid.
while LOAD RESETDICTIONARYONLY is a logged operation.

If database is recoverable, use in addition COPY YES TO
