When setting DB2_TWO_PHASE_COMMIT=Y and readOnly=true on
Federation
environment, JDBC/JCC connecting query can not be run.
The associated SQLP_APP_READ_ONLY and FODC_ForceDBShutdown
errors
can be found at db2diag.log as below:
