HADR GRACEFUL TAKEOVER MIGHT CAUSE A TRAP ON THE NEW PRIMARY

Problem description:
Immediately after graceful HADR TAKEOVER, the new primary
may trap.

This problem only occurs when DB2_HADR_PEER_WAIT_LIMIT is
configured.
