PROVIDER IN A MULTITHREADED ENVIRONMENT

Problem description:
There is a small risk of getting a -262 error: 
 
 -262 THERE IS NO CURRENT CURSOR 
 
in a multithreaded application if the same OLEDB connections 
shared between threads.
