SELECT ON SYSMASTER DATABASE IS MORE THAN 100 TIMES SLOWER AFTER UPGRADE TO 12.10 |

| Problem description: |
Select on sysmaster database is more than 100 times slower after
upgrade to 12.10.
Customer has a lot of databases and tables (total about 500-700
thousand partitions).
After upgrade from 11.50 to 12.10 all is going slower.
Found following:
select count(*) from sysmaster:systabnames;
