HDR PAIR NOT AUTO-RECONNECTING IF PRIMARY RESTARTED WHILE NETWORK DOWN |

| Problem description: |
If an HDR primary can't reach its secondary at startup (or when
just having been made a primary) it won't retry and rather wait
on the secondary to become available and initiate the
connection. Yet a secondary losing connection to the primary
during normal operation wouldn't attempt to reconnect either.
This can lead to a situation where, if the primary got restarted
during a network outage, the two would never auto-reconnect once
the network is available again. |
