Informix - Problem description
Problem IT10729 | Status: Closed |
DBSCHEMA -SS AND SYSTRIGBODY BOTH REPORT DECIMAL 0 VALUES IN A DIFFERENT FORMAT THAN CREATE TRIGGER STATEMENT SPECIFIED
product: | |
INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10
Problem description: | |
When creating a trigger with a decimal value 0, the dbschema -ss output shows the value 0 in a different format than specified by the create trigger statement. If the create trigger statement specifies the value as 0.00, it is listed in the dbschema -ss output and in the systrigbody catalog table as "0.". If the create trigger statement specifies the value as 0, without a decimal point, the dbschema -ss output and the systrigbody catalog table present it as "0.00". While this is cosmetic in nature, it makes comparing stored procedure and trigger definitions between multiple servers difficult, as they will not match.
