ONSTAT -G STK DOES NOT WORK ON WINDOWS IF THE INSTANCE IS USING A SERVICE RUNNING IN THE CONTEXT OF THE LOCAL SYSTEM ACCOUNT

| Problem description: |
When trying to do onstat -g stk on Windows, it will just display
the header for the stack, but not the stack itself,
if the service for the instance is using the local system
account.
If the service is running with the credentials of the user
informix, it will work. |
