DOC : ONSTAT -G CKP DOCUMENTATION DOES NOT LIST IPL AS CHECKPOINT TRIGGER

| Problem description: |
With LOG_INDEX_BUILDS enabled, creating an index might trigger a
IPL (Index Page Logging) checkpoint. The definition for IPL is
not documented in the onstat -g ckp documentation in
Administrator Reference.
IPL trigger checkpoint event exists in both 11.70 and 12.10. |
