MEMORY LEAK ON UPDATABLE SECONDARIES IN THE PROXY_# POOLS WHEN CLIENT APPLICATIONS USE XA TRANSACTIONS

| Problem description: |
Simple esql/c program using XA transactions is run against an
updatable RSS server. It would appear that every time an
xa_end() is called there's a leak of a proxyWriteOp_td
structure. This can be observed in onstat -g mem by continual
growth of the proxy_# (1...200) pools. |
