TABLE NO LONGER COMPRESSED WHEN ALTER TABLE WITH SLOW ALTER IS DONE

| Problem description: |
When you alter a table that has compressed rows and the slow
alter mechanism has to be used, the resulting table will no
longer contain compressed rows.
Also the table schema (derived from dbschema or dbexport with
the '-ss' option) will no longer have the COMPRESSED option
included. |
