MEMORY VIOLATION WHEN USING INSERTCURSORS WITH A SQLCHAR PARAMETER

Problem description:
The ODBC driver may cause a memory violation when the
InsertCursors driver feature is enabled
and the application specifies the length of the SQLCHAR
parameter as StrLen_or_IndPtr.

Problem Summary:

* The problem has been fixed with CSDK 4.10.xC7.  Please       *
