IN SOME CASES, ONCLEAN -KY DOES NOT REMOVE ALL PROCESSES/SHARED MEMORY SEGMENTS

In some cases, onclean -ky does not remove all processes/shared
memory segments.
For example when the first oninit pid has gone away and other
oninit pids are still running. |
