The documentation of the output of 'onstat -s'  could be
improved.

First, Sample output of 'onstat -s' shows only headers, no
sample output about what data type they are: Decimal, hex, or
ASCII

Second, If the wait column is merely a flag that someone is
waiting for the latch, who needs it? It?s enough to have the
User Address of the first thread waiting for the latch, as you
do with locks?

Third, regarding the userthread column, since we can conclude
that the wait column is for a user thread waiting for the latch,
this cannot be the ?address of any user thread that is waiting
for a latch?. It is, most likely, the user thread that is
holding the latch. Whether or not this conjecture is correct,
the word ?Instead? in that paragraph makes no sense at all.
Instead of what?
