AFTER IN-PLACE ALTER SCHEMA OF TABLE MISSING COMPRESSED KEYWORD

| Problem description: |
When you alter a compressed table the table will lose the
compressed keyword from its schema. If the alter is an in-place
alter the table stays compressed, though. If the alter is a
slow-alter then the table is no longer compressed. |
