DBACCESS DOES NOT LOAD ALL RECORDS IF FET_BUF_SIZE SET TO 10240000

| Problem description: |
If you are loading records into a table from an unload file with
dbaccess and FET_BUF_SIZE is set to 10240000, it will fail to
load all of the records.
For example, if your unload (.unl) file contains 76597 records
and FET_BUF_SIZE is set to 10240000, it will only load 11061
records. |
