ASSERT FAILURE IN ELIST_TRACE WHEN TRACE ON IS EXECUTED IN A UDR THAT CONTAINS THE OVER CLAUSE

When executing a stored procedure or UDR with TRACE enabled, an
assert failure in elist_trace can occur if the UDR contains the
OVER clause.
