SHOULD ALLOW FULL RANGE OF 64K REPLICATES PER SERVER

| Problem description: |
Enterprise Replication currently raises error 49 when more than
32k replicates are defined involving the same server as a
participant.
This limit should be expanded to 64k to fully exploit what would
be possible from ER's perspective. |
