WRONG COLUMN DEFAULT DISPLAY POSSIBLE IN DBACCESS TABLE INFO CONSTRAINTS DEFAULTS MENU

| Problem description: |
The display of default column values in the dbaccess table info
constraints defaults menu can be wrong.
This can happen when a procedure/function with the same value
for procid exists that a table has as tabid.
In a situation like this the sysdefaults table will have
multiple entries for a tabid which have different class values
('T' for table and 'P' for procedure), for example:
