Informix - Problem description

Problem IT15929 Status: Closed

DBACCESS TABLE ALTER MENU OPTION LOST ABILITY TO APPEND NEW COLUMN AT END
OF EXISTING SCHEMA

product:
INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10
Problem description:
Reported in IIUG forum:
http://www.iiug.org/forums/ids/index.cgi/read/37008

Repro:

$ //bin/dbaccess stores7 -ta
  -> select a table using arrow keys, e.g. orders
  -> hit 'A' or enter when on 'Add' menu item
  -> now use down arrow key to move down the existing columns
list of chosen table

For appending a new column at the end of existing schema, you'd
move the cursor below the last existing column which isn't
possible any more since 12.10.xC4 obviously.
