TASK DB_PURGE_TABLES MAY NOT RETURN TO THE CALLER IN CASE AN INTERNAL ERROR OCCURED

| Problem description: |
When calling execute function
sysadmin:exectask('db_purge_tables','stores_demo') ;
from the sysadmin database for a database which has table with
the rolling window feature
and the executed task db_purge_tables faced in an error e.g
locking , disk space ....
the function never comes back to the caller. The session remains
with the following details:
