UDR_SAPI_CLEANUP() ASSERT FAILS UNDER XA ENVIRONMENT

| Problem description: |
Segv in UDR_SAPI_CLEANUP causes assert failure under XA
environment.
The session is attempting to do an xa_close() call and doesn't
appear to have a current sdb (from the onstat -g ses output).
