SQL TRACING DOES NOT COLLECT RUNTIME INFORMATION WHEN STORED PROCEDURE IS EXECUTED FOR THE FIRST TIME

After switching on sql tracing, Run Time isn't collected when
stored procedure is executed the first time.
onstat -g his shows
Statement information:
