TABLE SHRINK OPERATION IS NOT POSSIBLE WHEN ARCHIVE IS IN PROGRESS

| Problem description: |
Execution of the sysadmin task "table shrink" is not possible
when an archive is in progress. A message with error number 147
will be seen in the online log.
Example:
SCHAPI Shrink for testdb:informix.t1 started
ERROR Shrink FAILED for table testdb:informix.t1 partnum 0. -
iserrno 147
ERROR Shrink FAILED for table 'testdb:informix.t1'- iserrno 147.
