MANUAL PROMOTION OF HDR SERVER TO PRIMARY MAY BLOCK WHEN CONNECTION MANAGER AND SSL CONNECTIONS ARE CONFIGURED

| Problem description: |
When a primary and HDR pair are configured with SSL connections
and Connection Manager is in use the command to initiate the
promotion of the HDR server may fail to complete. This is due to
the shutdown of the primary server hanging in Shutdown Mode.
Using the onmode -ky command on the primary server at this point
will allow its shutdown to continue and the completion of the
HDR promotion.
The same configuration may also lead to a delay in the normal
shutdown of the primary server when using the onmode -kuy
command. |
