QUERY PLANS ON SP WITH TRIGGER REFERENCES DIFFER DEPENDING ON WHAT THE UPDATE STATISTICS WAS MADE

| Problem description: |
The reproduction environment has the following call sequence
Update on a table , the table has a trigger calling a SP with
trigger references and
in the SP a select was executed on the same tables as the
trigger was invoked from.
In case the SP called by the trigger runs with a query plan
which was created from an
Update statistics for base table
the query in the SP is using the fast plan with an Index scan
in case the SP called by the trigger runs with a query plan
which was created by
Update statistics for procedure
the query in the SP is using a sequential scan. |
