MGM MUTEX CONTENTION IN NON PDQ ENVIRONMENTS

| Problem description: |
In a massive parallel environment with 100++ CPU Vps , 10000++
user sessions a contention on the MGM mutex can be seen when
sessions with memory consuming iterators preferably sorts and
hash joins are running in parallel.
